City Hall and City Offices will be closed from December 25, 2023, through January 1, 2024. Per usual, Police and Fire Department emergency services will continue.

The Recreation Center has holiday hours.

REUSE & RECYCLING INFORMATION  
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays, waste collection will not occur on Monday, December 25^th, and Monday, January 1^st. Waste collection will occur one day later for ALL residents for the remainder of these weeks.

CALLS FOR SERVICE ISSUES: Customers are to call WM directly (866) 844-1508 for service-related issues (missed pick-up, extra pick-ups, broken wheels, stop service, change of service level, cart repairs, swaps).   

CALLS FOR NEW SERVICE: The customers should email utilitybilling@ngskmc-eis.net. Voicemails will not be checked during the closure. New service includes 64-gallon trash cart, 64-gallon recycling cart and 96-gallon yard waste cart.
